Patrice worked for the international food and agricultural products group Cargill and later for the industrial products and services group Suez, where he was General Manager for three of the company’s food subsidiaries. He has worked in and with the Far East, including Japan. In 1997, Patrice set up a seafood business which he sold in 2007.
