Position Specific Responsibilities
 To carry out market investigations, product sourcing and phone interviews as required to assist project managers in the implementation of their project activities
 To perform specific translations as required by project managers
 To accompany visitors and to act as a translator
 To manage office administration including budgeting, expense reports, cash book, office space & rental, stationery, cleaning & upkeep and other requirements to ensure the smooth operation of the Intralink Shanghai office
 To coordinate legal and accounting compliance, IT support, HR activities as directed

Skill Requirements
 University educated
 Good English written and spoken skills
 Engineering, production or sourcing background a benefit
 Market research skills, with high level attention to detail
