For clients wishing to develop a strategy of channel sales in Japan, Intralink will identify, engage and evaluate the leading distributors. Intralink will develop and propose a partner strategy based on the prospective distributors’ strengths in selected geographies and market verticals, as well as their representation of other competing and non-competing principals, existing customer base, and ability to provide broad customer support.

In addition to working with the client to finalise agreements with tier-one distributor partners, Intralink will work closely with the partners to develop a network of sub-distributors and resellers, and directly with key-account customers to ensure that they are adequately supported by the client’s local channel partners.
