6th January, 2006 - Ecrio, the leading provider of Real Time Communications software for mobile phones, has selected Asia Pacific market access specialists Intralink to provide ongoing business development services in Japan. The move follows Ecrio’s successful completion of Intralink’s Surrogate Sales Program™ which saw the US company secure a major licensing deal for its Embedded Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) solution with a leading Japanese mobile operator. Ecrio has now established its own Japanese operation but has selected Intralink to provide ongoing business development activities to secure more deals for its solution.
