Position Specific Responsibilities To carry out market investigations, product sourcing and phone interviews as required to assist project managers in the implementation of their project activities To perform specific translations as required by project managers To accompany visitors and to act as a translator To manage office administration including budgeting, expense reports, cash book, office space & rental, stationery, cleaning & upkeep and other requirements to ensure the smooth operation of the Intralink Shanghai office To coordinate legal and accounting compliance, IT support, HR activities as directed
